1) Special arrangement for May Golden Week: Both Macau Branch & Nova Grand Sub-Branch will be extending operating hours until 18:30, on 2 May 2025. HSBC Macau Branch will be opened from 11:00 until 16:00 on 3 May 2025. Please make appointment in advance.

2) With effect from 23 Dec 2024 (Monday), the Bank will cut its MOP and HKD Best Lending Rate by 12.5 basis points from 5.625% to 5.5%. Meanwhile, the Bank will cut the HSBC Savings Rate for its USD savings by 12.4 basis points from 0.125% to 0.001%.

3) Starting from 26 June 2024, to protect users' account security, if you need to reset your online banking password or your device is lost/damaged and need to be removed, please visit the nearest HSBC Macau branch, our staff will assist you to complete the process.

4) If you are planning to change your mobile device in the near future, please do not delete the HSBC Macau Mobile Banking app directly. Be sure to log in to Mobile Banking on your old device to unbind it first, then re-bind the HSBC Macau Mobile Banking app on your new device.

5) Remember to stay alert and watch out for phishing SMSes, emails, bogus calls and fraudulent websites. We would never send any SMS or email with a link requesting you to log on to HSBC Online Banking. We have further strengthened our security measures to protect customers. Learn more
